Eighty percent of all the laws imposed on this country are created in Brussels. Although these laws are presented through Westminster, our government cannot amend or reject them. Other Political Parties appear to have lost sight of the fact that we elect them to make laws for us. We have never given them permission to hand that responsibility over to a largely unelected overseas oganisation.

Held in a marquee in Malvern, the event was well attended by the Party faithful, and friends. Worcester branch chairman, Tony Eaves, (on the right) was the master of ceremonies, whilst Mid Worcester chairman, Peter Quick, (on the left) organised the entertainment

SHRIMPTON LEAVES US IN THE COLD!

Barrister Michael Shrimpton is a specialist in national security, constitutional law, and strategic intelligence, and international consultant in counter terrorism. He visited Worcester in January to address UKIP members and friends at their New Year Social event held in Powick Parish Hall. Larger than life as always , Michael discussed many topics including national security, and,of course, our membership of the EU.



Councillor Caroline Bovey, past mayor of Malvern Council, photographed at the opening of Malvern's most up to date children's play area. Caroline was instrumental in pushing through the upgrade at a cost of £85,000. There were over a hundred children present at the opening , all thoroughly enjoying the new facilities.
Caroline will be standing as UKIP's candidate in the West Worcestershire constituency at the next general election.
